Plot: Japan is shaken by extreme weather and diastrophism. A gigantic monster Mono appears from a crack in the ground which was created by a major volcanic eruption that occurred 250 years earlier. Nothing works to destroy the giant beast. Meanwhile, Doctor Saigo and his daughter Miwa have a major breakthrough in biotechnology. They can inject a cell into a human which causes the person to grow in size and strength to challenge the giant monster Mono.
